The People
Welcome to my blog, this is about ordinary people who do extra ordinary things. People who are an example through the way they live(d) their own lives. They are not perfect, but I appreciate the little good they have done and what I have learnt from them.

Giving a second chance to the Street children
As I was growing up in Nairobi, there were thousands of street children then, today they are fewer and I thank God for that. People like Daniel Nduati are also responsible for the fewer number of street children in Nairobi today. Having started a rehabilitation home for these children, they are now growing to be responsible members of society and not people we keep running away from. I remember a poem about street children, asked something about, "I'm I a street child? Was I borne of the street or I'm I just a child of the streets" Can't remember much about it, hope I could find it and post it later though...
