The People

Welcome to my blog, this is about ordinary people who do extra ordinary things. People who are an example through the way they live(d) their own lives. They are not perfect, but I appreciate the little good they have done and what I have learnt from them.

Naomi Wanjiru's helping hand to violence victims

You may remember Naomi Wanjiru Mwangi from my last post here. Here is a video to explain more on what she does. Unfortunately, Naomi speaks mostly in Kiswahili, the Kenyan National language, though the narrator tries to translate it to english.

True heroine. Shows one can do anything they put their minds to even with minimum resources.

True Shiko, helping comes from the heart and not the pocket. Naomi just goes to prove this as a fact.
